The National Members Council has called a Special Congress less than 18 months after the last Congress in what is typically a four year cycle. The Congress is necessitated by the need to expand our national democratic body to reflect the growth in our membership and capabilities. The National Members Council agrees that the Congress be held over the weekend of 8-9 February in Greater Manchester.

As at our 2023 Congress, all Motions will be published as we receive them and members of the public are able comment on the Special Congress Motions pages.
